Stayed here for 3 nights with my family and had an amazing experience, the location was fantastic in a good area.

Quite comfortable retreat, I didn't want to say goodbye.

The property was clean with superfriendly and very attentive staff. Asked for king room and it was large and quiet for our needs. The location was nice, close to car rental, both the bus station and town, and the airport.

i was here for a budget stay, everything was well-maintained. the personnel was very hospitable. i booked twin room, it was impeccable.

Comfortable beds with storage and bedside tables make this place cozy. The breakfast is decent with a variety of juices and a good serving of scrambled eggs. The location is convenient. 🌟

Units with bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to the center of town, convenient area, and the centre of town and the waterfront...

Liked the location, it was favourable and marvellous not far from national park and the center of the town. It was an impeccable double room, we would come here again.

Conveniently situated near the town center, our room was peaceful and spotless, featuring an awesome shower 🚿. Its location was superbly close to the bus station, making transportation a breeze.

Hostal America in Puerto Natales is possibly the best and most comfortable place to stay for a night before or after trekking in Torres Del Paine. The location is particularly good, being just a short distance from the Municipal Historical Museum. The rooms are modern, functional, and equipped with bathrooms.

The location of this small hotel was excellent, within walking distance from Cueva del Milodon. It was a great base for a budget stay, and the city center was also within walking distance from the venue.

The location was perfect; for instance, Torres del Paine National Park was just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was spotless with comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, and a great shower. Additionally, I could conveniently leave my car on site. The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally accommodating.

The hotel is quiet and in an excellent location close to the bus station. The double room with a bathroom and comfortable bed was perfect. The location is convenient, just next door to the bus terminal and within walking distance to the town center, restaurants, and the 5-day W hike.

This hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the bus terminal. It made getting around the city so easy. The staff at this hotel were fantastic - they were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you could ask for. And the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
